These SMS Terms of Use govern text message communications between Florida Probate Legal PLLC and individuals who consent to receive SMS communications from us.
These SMS Terms do not constitute legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship.

The Firm may use SMS text messaging to communicate with prospective and current clients who have provided their mobile telephone number and consented to receive text messages.

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS communications from us.

Message frequency will vary depending on the nature and status of your inquiry or matter.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier will apply to all text messages sent and received.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages from the Firm at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.

6. Help
For assistance with our text messaging program, reply HELP to any text message you receive from us.
7. No Guarantee of Delivery
The Firm does not guarantee the delivery of any text message.
8. Confidentiality Notice
Text messages are not a secure form of communication. You should not transmit sensitive, confidential, or privileged information by text message.
9. Privacy
Your mobile telephone number and any information you provide in connection with text message communications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Governing Law
These SMS Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these SMS Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Orange County, Florida.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time.
