Keep your estate plan in step with your life.
Your family, finances, and priorities can change after you sign your estate planning documents. The Estate Care Plan gives you a regular opportunity to review those changes with attorney Wes Dunaway, along with practical support for you, your advisors, and the people you have chosen to act on your behalf.
With an annual membership, members receive an estate plan checkup, secure document storage, preferred consultation rates, and the additional benefits described below.
$649 annually, or 12 monthly payments of $59

What’s included
An annual estate plan checkup
Each year, we will contact you to schedule your included one-hour review with Wes. Together, you will discuss changes in your circumstances, review your existing plan, and identify any updates that may be appropriate. Afterward, we will send you a brief written summary of the recommendations.
DocuBank SAFE
Keep electronic copies of your estate planning documents in a secure online location through your included DocuBank SAFE membership.
Preferred consultation rates
Receive reduced rates for additional consultations during your membership year.
Priority appointment scheduling
Receive priority when scheduling appointments, subject to availability.
Coordination with your advisors
We’ll coordinate with your financial advisor, accountant, or insurance professional to help implement your existing estate plan.
Basic documents for adult children
Help your adult children ages 18–26 put powers of attorney, living wills and designations of health care surrogate in place. Each participating adult child works directly with the firm to make their own decisions and authorize their documents.
Account and beneficiary review
Have selected account titles and beneficiary designations reviewed for inconsistencies with your estate plan.
An introduction for your chosen representatives
Give your nominated personal representative, successor trustee, or health care surrogate an opportunity to meet with Wes and understand their anticipated role.
When your plan needs changes
Your annual review may confirm that your existing plan continues to meet your needs. If changes are recommended, we will explain the proposed work and its cost before proceeding.
Except for the adult-child documents included in the plan, document preparation and revisions are separately priced. The Estate Care Plan does not include probate administration, litigation, or unlimited legal services.

Membership includes the benefits above, subject to the service limits described in the Estate Care Plan agreement. Additional consultations are available at $375 per hour.
Membership is optional. Clients who prefer to schedule consultations individually may continue to do so at the firm’s regular consultation rates.
Your membership renews annually unless canceled in accordance with the membership agreement.
